Arrowbanc Advisory is the brand name under which Arrowbanc Private Limited operates. Arrowbanc Private Limited is a private limited company incorporated in India.
Arrowbanc Advisory is not a SEBI-registered Investment Adviser and does not provide investment advice to retail investors. We do not solicit individual investments. All services are provided to institutional clients under executed engagement agreements.
Scope of services
We provide professional financial advisory and analytics services in four areas:
- Independent valuation and model review for institutional portfolios
- Transaction advisory for structured credit transactions
- Proprietary analytics platform services (ArrowAnalytics, in development)
- Research, training, and thought leadership
These services are professional services, not regulated investment advice. Where any specific service requires regulatory registration that we do not hold, we will decline to perform it or refer the client to an appropriately registered party.
Independence
Arrowbanc Advisory does not rate transactions, underwrite debt, syndicate placements, or accept referral fees from arrangers, rating agencies, or other transaction participants. Engagements are structured to preserve analytical independence.
Confidentiality
Information shared with us by clients during engagement delivery is treated as confidential and is not used for any purpose outside the engagement without explicit consent. Specific client identities are shared only with client consent.
Conflicts of interest
We maintain an internal conflicts register and screen new engagements against existing work. Where a potential conflict arises on a proposed engagement, we disclose it to the prospective client before proceeding, and decline the engagement where the conflict cannot be appropriately managed.
