Arrowbanc Platform — Market Infrastructure
Structured credit infrastructure for institutional India
A closed, adviser-curated marketplace connecting originators and institutional investors across every securitisation asset class — built on the Arrowbanc Data Standard.
The Problem
India’s structured credit market lacks infrastructure
Securitisation volumes have grown significantly, yet the market remains fragmented — no standardised data, no institutional discovery layer, no transparent transaction pipeline.
₹4.2T+
Securitisation volume in FY24
Yet 80% of transactions are bilateral — no standardised data, no discovery layer.
30–45 days
Typical time from pool selection to investor NDA
Fragmented diligence, inconsistent data formats, and manual matching drive delays.

Arrowbanc Data Standard
ADS v1.0 — the pool data standard
The ADS is a standardised JSON schema for securitisation pool data, designed for institutional disclosure, automated validation, and regulatory compliance. All transactions on the Arrowbanc Platform must submit pool data in ADS format.
30+ standardised fields
Pool size, tenor, seasoning, delinquency buckets, credit enhancement, geographic distribution, ESG disclosures — all in one schema.
Automated RBI compliance checks
MHP and MRR validation per RBI Securitisation of Standard Assets Directions 2021 — blocking errors surfaced before submission.
0–100 quality score
Deductions for missing fields, errors, warnings, and incomplete ESG data. Score drives adviser triage and investor filtering.
ESG data layer
Green asset flags, financial inclusion metrics, priority sector eligibility, and sustainability-linked instrument terms — all in-schema.
Audit trail
Every ADS submission and change is logged with timestamp and actor. Immutable record for regulatory and investor due diligence.
UMI-ready transaction IDs
ARW-[YEAR]-[AC]-[XXXXXX] — consistent, machine-readable identifiers designed for India's Unified Market Infrastructure.

Regulatory framework
All transactions on the Arrowbanc Platform must comply with the RBI Master Direction on Securitisation of Standard Assets, 2021 (updated January 2023). The platform enforces Minimum Holding Period (MHP) and Minimum Risk Retention (MRR) requirements automatically at the point of ADS submission. Arrowbanc acts as arranger and adviser — not as a SEBI-registered investment adviser or RBI-regulated entity in this context. Participants are responsible for their own regulatory compliance.
